I’m very been losing weight recently and at my age, skin doesn’t bounce back as much as in my youth, so any little bit helps.These contain lots of goodies that are said to help with women of a certain age, and it’s great to have them all in one gummy.It can take time for the effects of supplements to start working, but taking two of these a day is easy to do as they are small and taste nice, the gummies have a very slight gritty sensation when chewing. I have to say my skin is feeling a tiny but less saggy in places, but can’t say for definite it’s these, as I’m using skin firming creams too, but these are soo easy to eat and use that I’ll be carrying on using them.

These 3 ingredients are great for hair, nails and skin which is something need help with as you get older and wrinkles start appearing. These are shaped as a teddy bear, they are sweet and tasty. However the dosage is 2 per day which you need to stick to.These are easy to chew and a very convenient way of remembering to take your regular dosage. There is no preparation involved. Not really seen any difference yet but that will take time. They do tend to stick to your teeth but can be dislodged with your tongue. I’m currently on a weight loss journey with MJ and when you lose weight you have to be mindful of loose skin and fine lines suddenly appearing so Biotin & Collagen supplements are a must for me.The Biotin content is 5,000mcg per dose which is lower than my usual 10,000mcg that I take in pill form, but these do also contain Collagen & Keratin that work in combination with each other to provide a balanced daily dose.They also contain a range of vitamins so be mindful if you take any of these on any other supplements you may be taking.These are easy to take with a subtle raspberry flavour; there are 60 gummies in the tub which is 1 months’ supply. Price wise this breaks down to just under 67p a day based on the current full list price of £16.99, just remember that as nice as they taste taste nice they are not sweets, and you shouldn’t more than 2 a day.Some additional info on Biotin from my own personal findings are below:I take Biotin for the hair & skin benefits and I have been taking it for about 6 months; I normal take it in pill format. I’ve only been taking this brand for about 2 weeks and like any kind of supplements, it can take a while to notice any difference so don’t be expecting instant results! If anything, you’ll notice the benefits are missing when you forget to take it, or switch brands. There are 60 gummies in the pot and it says to take two per day so that gives you a months worth of gummies for £16.99 (at the time of review) so they are a great value for money. Biotin Collagen Keatin Gummies :Firstly I prefer a gummie and am more likely to finish the course than I am to eat a big solid tablet. So this was my thinking when I chose to try this product and a definite plus for me.However I have a few points that don't work for me.They are way too sweet for me probably just bearable enough not to waste them, if I take them in the morning before I brush my teeth. Texture is fine, not hard.I also question the branding of cute little, sweet flavoured bears in a very pretty bottle that would entice most children, in to helping themselves, and I doubt they would stop at a max 2 a day for adults.( recommended for over 18's only)The safety lid is easy to open, often not acting as a safty lid at all, just pulling off easily. It most definitely wouldn't have stopped my children when they were young. This is something that the manufacturers need to address, and you need to be aware of if purchasing.Lastly, due to all the above, I find the product to be a bit steep in price.To leave on a positive, if sweet isn't an issue, then its an easy way to get A, B & D vitamins taken without a hard tablet or capsules and they don't repeat on you, like some D vitamin supplements can.☆ Update after completing the full bottle. I adjusted to the flavour and didn't dread taking them. I also saw a definite improvement in my hair and skin and will reorder. I have added a 4th star having now felt the benefits.

These tasted like candy. They are sweet and shape like bears. My hair didnt grow i dont think, however my nails did grow alot. Super easy to use, just follow the instructions, and id say the quality is good because no weird after taste or anything like that. And it actually works.

I have been taking these gummies for around 2 weeks now and I think it’s too soon to see the actual results but I have seen a reduction in my hair loss whilst brushing and my hair does look shinier and feel so good!I think the taste of the gummies is great and eating two every morning has fit in well with my supplement routine. They are really good value for money and this bottle will last around 30 days.
